1. Acceptance of Terms By using the MAILFI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform. 2. Authentication and Login MAILFI offers access through the following authentication methods: • XWMS Account • Google Account • Apple ID • MetaMask (Web3 Wallet) • WalletConnect (Various crypto wallets) • Email & Password (if supported) • Other third-party identity providers (e.g., GitHub, Facebook, Twitter, etc., if made available) By logging in through one of these services, you: • Authorize MAILFI to access certain limited information (such as your name, email address, profile image, or wallet address), in accordance with the provider’s permission scope and our Privacy Policy. • Acknowledge that we do not have access to your private credentials (e.g., your password or private wallet key). • Are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your third-party login credentials. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use MAILFI. By registering or using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. 4. Use of the Platform You agree to use MAILFI only for lawful and intended purposes. You must not: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations; • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; • Upload or distribute malicious code or content; • Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities, including crypto scams or phishing. If MAILFI includes crypto-related functionality: • You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including volatility, gas fees, smart contract risks, and loss of assets; • You are responsible for managing your own wallet and private keys. 5. Wallet Integration and Web3 If you use a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect), you understand: • You are interacting directly with a blockchain; • Transactions are irreversible; • MAILFI does not custody or control your crypto assets; • You are responsible for verifying all transactions before signing. MAILFI is not liable for loss of funds or assets due to incorrect transactions, phishing, or malicious smart contracts. 6. Account Suspension or Termination MAILFI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without notice if: • You violate these Terms; • You are suspected of fraudulent or malicious activity; • Your use presents legal or security risks to the platform or other users. 7. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, designs, and software used on MAILFI are the property of MAILFI or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify any part of the service without express permission. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law: • MAILFI is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties; • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, crypto assets, or access; • We do not guarantee platform uptime, security, or uninterrupted service. 9. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand: • What data we collect when you log in via Google, Apple, MetaMask, or others; • How we store, use, and protect your information; • Your rights regarding your data. 10. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of MAILFI after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of The Netherlands.
